Effective 2026-09-05
freshSponsor helps creator agencies find brands that recently sponsored YouTube channels similar to their clients’. This policy describes what we collect from you as a user of the service and how we handle it.
Your account: email address and name (and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile Google shares — name, email, profile picture). Sign-in is passwordless; we never see or store a password. Your workspace content: the channels you monitor, brand statuses and notes, suppression lists, and email digest preferences. Operational records needed to run the service, such as contact-reveal counts.
We don’t sell your data, show ads, or use advertising or analytics trackers. The only cookie we set is the session cookie that keeps you signed in.
The product itself analyzes publicly available YouTube content — channel and video metadata, transcripts, and sponsorship disclosures. That is information about public channels and brands, not about you, and it is processed independently of your account data.
We send sign-in links and, if you enable them, digest emails summarizing new sponsor activity. Digest frequency is per-member and can be turned off in settings.
We rely on a small set of processors to operate: Google (sign-in), Resend (email delivery), and DigitalOcean (hosting, United States). Automated analysis of public YouTube content uses LLM providers via OpenRouter; your account data is not sent to them.
We keep your account data while your account is active. To delete your account and its data, email us and we’ll handle it promptly.
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with an updated effective date. Questions or requests: [email protected].
